Such a tease

As I was strolling through my email this morning on the cold floor, I happened to spot an interesting email. Shivering as I clicked 'open' I spot a letter from my dad that goes a little something like this:
It's 5:45 am Honolulu time and we're up since we haven't shifted time zones yet. We stayed in bed as long as we could but we finally had to get up. It's curious to be really tired from traveling, but not able to sleep ;-)
It's beautiful here--our room has a great view--here's a picture--
We sat on the beach and watched the sunset last night. It was really spectacular but we forgot to bring the camera. We'll try to do better. We are going to go ahead and see Pearl Harbor this morning since we are up early anyway.

But in a tiny font below this letter was this message (enlarged for your eyes):
Hey David,
This is payback for all the Europe trips you have took without us. It is 80 degrees here and cloudless skies! Last time we checked the weather on Signal was 35 and raining. We hope you fun on your 5 and 12 minute tests this week! Na na na...

Love,
Mom & Dad

Okay so yeah if you havent figured it out by now they didnt write the part above. That little message was a way of ventilating my jealousy :)

So now this blog will be dedicated to Mom & Dad's updates from Hawaii (complete with pictures).
